ALF and Our Random Acts of Kindness

We are always amazed at the power of kindness, especially when it is displayed from one human to another.  The act itself does not need to be grand in nature to be powerful and poignant.  It is the simplest form of love and for that reason alone we wanted Random Acts of Kindness (RAK) to be a focal point of our efforts to fulfill Amanda’s vision and hope of making our world a little bit more kind.

Please look to our social media platforms as we take to the streets and bring smiles to as many people as we can.

While doing so, we will challenge each recipient of our RAK to pay it forward so to speak, by performing another RAK towards another person.  It is our hope that the perpetual nature of these acts will begin with a ripple but end with a giant wave of kindness and humanity in our small planet.

The business card pictured is given out whenever we initiate a RAK and serve as a reminder to pay it forward.  If you would like some of these cards do not hesitate to email or message us and we will gladly send them free of charge. Please feel free to document your RAK through any social media platform and don’t forget to tag us!  Also, if you choose to remain anonymous, we understand.  We just want to focus on the intent.

Did you Know? Amanda lived a life of kind acts in a very subtle way.  She was the most unselfish person we have ever known.  Her friend Julie recounted that when Amanda knew she would be struggling with money and they would go out, Amanda would pay for her food or drinks.  Julie would thank her for the gesture and Amanda would explain in her sweet own way that she knew Julie had bills to pay or that work didn’t quite give her enough hours to earn more pay.  Amanda always made sure that her friends were having a good time and that none of them felt the need to hold back when it came to money because she would always help them out when they were in need.
